Our Fresh Breads are freshly baked daily. Unbleached & untreated flours are mixed with as few ingredients as possible and with no preservatives at all. Our Greek Specialties and Pastries are like none other! We bring ancient recipes to life using the freshest ingredients, like the purest honey and Mastic imported from Greece, 100% Canadian butter and hand-rolled fillo dough. We pride ourselves in hand-rolling our chocolate truffles and using only the finest ingredients, from Cacao Barry chocolate from Guayaquil to fresh Greek Honey, 35% Cream, Madagascar Vanilla Bean and star anise and many other spices and flavours.
